(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Can anyone please explain to me what's different in having a 3.55 CFW system and having a 4.30 CFW system? I know the 4.30 CFW is flashed onto the 3.55 system but what does all of it mean exactly? It's not a JAILBREAK, so how can we run codes on higher firmware games, install home brew? Is it a LEGIT custom firmware? There's so many quests people want answered, yet kids keep copying and pasting shit from other besides nd have yet to fully explain what this shit means or does. Someone with a grasp on how to respond would be fully appreciated. Oh, and I hate tacky language/grammar. I'm n my iPad so if I've misspelled some words, my apologies.

Simply put, With 4.30 CFW you gain PSN with no need of a program to connect, Straight clean access. Games signed to 4.30 and below now fully work. No need for eboot patching like 3.55 needed. 4.30 needs apps to be resigned to work with it. 4.30 still supports, Install package files, App_home/PS3_GAME fully works for any game that can be ran disc-less. 3.55 firmware is needed initially to update to these new firmwares because of something to do with lv1 checks. So overall it's legit, You'll get the same experience as a 3.55 on a 4.30 but MUUUUUUCH more easier and convenient.
