This is not patched, was your pc turned off at any point before you tried logging in? You must open YabKILL the re-open Yabstart! That should fix it, I know because it gave me the same problem when my pc fully shutoff.

Then I did that and it worked!

Easiest thing to do so this doesn't happen again would be to give your PC a static IP via your router.
