no you can jailbreak 4.30ofw but if your on 3.55 you can install the jb assigned to 3.55 private keys but its 4.30 firmware you install that and that's a jailbreak (BUT YOU MUST BE ON 3.55)

not what i mean is you cant jailbreak 4.30ofw but if your on 3.55cfw you can install a modified firmware that has been made 4 3.55 users which puts you on 4.30cfw but its only for 3.55cfw users because its signed on 3.55 private keys

Long answer: You are currently unable to jailbreak any PS3 console which is running on 3.65+. To jailbreak a PS3 console you will need to have a console which is running on 3.55 or lower firmware. There are plenty of guides on here and on other gaming sites which show you how to jailbreak a PS3 on 3.55 or lower firmware.
