I'd love to update to rogero 4.30 cfw, but after reading, it seems like I need an e3 flasher to get to f.ex 4.35 cfw if it will be released in the future. My console is not downgraded, and I don't have an e3 flasher, so if I do I'll be stuck on 4.30 :/
I'd just like to play games up to 4.30 without no need to modify an eboot.
Here's what I'd like to play:
Fifa 13
AC3
Call Of Duty: Black ops 2
There's a 3.55 eboot fix for fifa, but it does not work
If f.ex 4.35 cfw comes out, then 4.40, they will probably start re-signing for 4.35 instead of 4.30
And then I will be stuck with a useless cfw.

wat ever u do dont go to ofw or your stuck and will need e3 flasher to downgrade and i think u dont need a e3 flasher to upgrade but im not sure just ask someone and they should know a lil more about that but if i read everything right u can install cfw 4.30 or wat ever u want but just make sure your on 3.55 cfw / or ofw 3.55 thats the main inportants and once u go ofw 4.3x you cant go back no matter what unless u get e3 flasher

Yes But I'd like to know if I just downgrade to 3.55 with a normal 3.55 cfw when I'm on 4.30. Or do I need a special pup?

lol that one im not sure about i dont think so not unless your doing the brick recovery from 3.55 to 4.21 cfw then prolly because if im right theres a brick recovery for ppl that updated to 4.21 cfw from 3.55 cfw or ofw i belive try looking for it and seeing if its a downgrade it might have a pup in it just check and im 100% sure if u upgrade to ofw 4.30 u cant downgrade without e3 and if u go to cfw 4.30 i think same thing applies as 4.30 ofw

Hey mate just some simple information that is helping everyone, Your PS3 needs to be on 3.55 CFW for you to update to the latest CFW but i would be careful because if you mess up just a little bit you will get the YLOD.

you can still downgrade from 4.30cfw, you just use the 425 downgrader pup then downgrade to rogero 3.7cex then any fw u want, make sure u are qa flagged though

Okay thanks Should I go install ofw or re-install the 3.55 before I install 4.30 cfw?

First install 3.55 cfw then qa flag it then upgrade to be sure its brick proof!!
