It's getting really frustrating as I actually tried to install ac3's update, but I only ended up with getting the 80010017 error, then I had to delete game save data to be able to play again, then I had to start all over again. I was nearly finished :fa:

why not turn of your patchblocker, reset your network settings back to normal and try again?
maybe these games connect to different servers

My patch blocker is off. I may try to put it on though. Thanks for the tip.

What CFW are you on? Im on Rogero 4.30 and i can install game updates and play online no problem

you can always fix the latest updated for 3.55? Then you can go online

but why aren't you on rebug 4.21 or rogero 4.30? All the features of cfw 3.55 but more.
Can easily get back to 3.55 if you ever need to.

if you are on CFW 3.55 you have to fix/resign the EBOOT.BIN of the update or just delete the updated EBOOT.BIN from /dev/hdd0/game/GAMEID folder but then you cant play online.

How exactly do I fix/resign an eboot?

if ur on 3.55, first install 3.55REX, enable QA then 4.21REX
