everyone has there own opinions, but in mine I have to say KMEAW's is the best.. Simply because i never have any problems, it always does the job. My 3.55 broke a couple months ago, so i'm up to date with this 4.21 stuff, however i would still stand by KMEAW's .

4.21 Rebug is beast!

Hands down. Rebug's 4.21.1. It can do everything the others can do and some. PSN/SEN access without spoofing. Built in FTP server. No game patching. I could go on and on about this.

Except for OtherOS++.
