With rebug is doesn't matter. I went from 4.30 CFW downgraded back to 3.55 then installed 4.21.1 with no problems. Always have your PS3 QA flagged. You should be fine. This can only be done on a 3.55 system.

can i upgrade from 3.55 ofw to 4,21 rebug without QA flagged on? and also the fake ps plus tool, does it make your friends see that you have ps plus online?thx

Install a 3.55 CFW first. I recommend KMEAW, then install toggle QA flag. Toggle qa flag on. Install 4.21.1. Always have qa flag on when upgrading or downgrading CFW. Only you see the fake plus.

You are good to go with any CFW you like. Rebug's 3.55.3 Or 4.21.1 & Rogero's 4.30. I personally like Rebug's 4.21.1. If you want just a basic CFW, go with Rogero's 4.30 then. Rebug's 4.21.1 and Rogero's 4.30 come with PSN/SEN access straight out the box. Make sure your QA Flag is enabled before upgrading any CFW.
