A lot of people use filezilla on the pc and blackbox FTP on the ps3.for me my connection kept dropping out with blackbox so I use multiman instead.in multiman head over to the setting and look for FTP time out and just disable that.leave mutliman running then head over to your pc/mac and start filezilla and put in your ps3 ip address.Don't worry about username or password just hit quick connect.

Your ps3 file system should now be displayed in filezilla.in the box on the right there will be a folder called GAMES.Open that up, now drag and drop the bles/blus game folder in and you see some green transfer bars running at the bottom of filezilla.

When its done head back to mutliman and head over to the games, you may have to refresh before the game show up in multiman.
