Are you asking for a 4.30 cfw or ofw? If you're looking for a cfw then don't bother. There hasn't been a cfw for ofw 4.30 yet, only for users that are on fw 3.55.

give some detail, you are allready on 4.30 OffcialFirmWare, and you are asking for the 4.30 update package,
if you want 4.30 jailbreak it is not possible if you are on 4.30, you have to downgrade or wait for an exploit to get an jailbreak

i was allready expecting that question, no and a e3 flasher cost 100-150$, and a DRM USB downgrade is not available yet,
