My 3.55 USB ports dont work, So i cant install package files, In the SB someone said that i can install them from my PC with that new rebug CFW, This true and also a tut pl0x ^^

Yes, after you install Rebug 4.21.1, install the Rebug tool box pkg (its built in to the CFW). Run the tool box because it has a built in FTP server. Navigate to dev_hdd0/packages. Put your pkg's there. Enjoy.
