Post: How to change PS3 Trophy Timestamp with OFW/2nd PS3
11-10-2012, 02:46 PM #1
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello my friends,

can I change the timestamp of some trophies wirh a second ps3 (original firmware). So i have a gamesave resigned with xploder. After one action I get a few trophies, not only one.
Can Inchange the time on a second ps3, so it looks legit when i turn off the power off the ps3 step by step earning the trophies?

So when i sync the trophies, the time ( edit on ps3 in the past) will change on the servers?

I hope you understand...

Thanks

No.

Editing your game's TROPUSR.DAT to unlock trophies or change the timestamps will work and the new timestamps / trophies will show on your offline Trophy collection. The problem is, when you try to sync, you will be prompted with a PSN error. Showing you trophies and timestramps are what TROPUSR.DAT does.

Why are you getting this error? That's because you didn't edit your game's TROPTRNS.DAT file to match the hacked TROPUSR.DAT file. What does this TROPTRNS.DAT do? It involves the REAL trophies data and it's also used for syncing with PSN.

But good luck with that because TROPTRNS.DAT is fully encrypted. Currently, there's no public tool that allows us to decrypt and re-encrypt this certain file.

Hm, ok...Let me explain it another way. So maybe it works or there can be another way!?

1. I play a game with modded gamesave (ofw,xploder).
2. At a special point i get three trophies for killing someone
For example kill 50/100/500 enemies...
3. Damn, after a look in the collection: i see that the trophies were earned at the same time...I wan't to change it to look legit...

Right!? Now, i'm going to use another ps3:

the trophies are not synced, so i haven't earned them in the same game till now.

1. I change the time on ps3 ( on which way in the settings)
2. start the game till the trophies popped
3. after getting the first of the three trophies, i turn of the power switch of the ps3.
4. I turn on the ps3 and put the save again from usb to ps3
5. change the time again
6. do the same way for the second trophy and so on...

You know, what I mean?
I change anyway the time on ps3 without connecting the internet and then i adjust the time BEFORE the time i earned the trophies on the first ps3!?

Is that explaination better?

Oh, sorry, I misunderstood you. It should work. Try testing it on a new PSN account and see if it works. Try shutting the PS3 off quickly when you hear a trophy pops, not when the trophy appears on your screen.

Ok, sorry for my english. It is hard to explain.

So,the trophies will pop and when i restart the ps3 it is saved in the collection.
My biggest problem is to do the right settings, that the time is the time on which i have earned them?

Possible Settings:

- turn off internet in the network settings
- change the time in some point in the past
- earn the trophy and so on

But how can i secure, that the time is the time i adjust before syncing?

I'm not really sure now, because I think PS3 has two different times? One is PS3's internal time (which cannot be changed and only updated by PSN when you connect) and another one for your convenience. I wouldn't be suprised if the timestamps are only based on your PS3 internal time.

I'll check this out in an hour or so.

Haxor!
IF trophy sync ONLINE BEING NO CHANGE. CFW CAN ONLY then any previous time you get this automatically BAN.
* If there are no trophies synchronize ONLINE, you could delete the ID and create a new signing in with your old MAIL AND PASS. I repeat ONLY IF NOT ONLINE synchronize or log in.
* I encountered a similar problem. I HACK 1600 GAMES AND ALL THE OLD TIME STAMP. I tried to solve the problem in different ways. A CHANGE WITH TROPHY IS GOOD "delete files" TROPUSR.DAT, "and partial. And change Manual. Even COPY same file identically on top. ALWAYS GET error. I try again THEN burn PS3 with napalm. THIS TIP SAY MY NIKOLAI FROM ZOMBE BLACK OPS!
