I Jailbroke my ps3 back in 2009 back when Derek Trotter, Hunter128, theUnkn0wn, and I were running challenge lobbies for mw2 for $20 a pop hehe. Now I left the JB scene because I wanted to play on psn with my friends and now I am back and I am sooo lost since it's been so long. I was told for a very long time that I could not go back to CFW without flashing. Now I have heard that you can downgrade from 4.31 to 3.55 with just a USB and then install CFW that can play on psn too. I am just wondering, is this true, and how? I just need some links, I can figure the rest out.

nope you can only downgrade with an e3 flasher or progskeet, if your on 3.55 and use the 4.30/4.31 cfw made for 3.55 users you can downgrade 2 3.55ofw again but thats only on 3.55 not 4.31ofw ps3. So o recap 3.55 users have 4.30/4.31 cfw signed to the 3.55 pirate keys and as these cfws come out the makers have made a downgrade pup to allow you to go back to 3.55 from the cfw that is made 4 the 3.55. As your on 4.31ofw you cant downgrade by this pup on a e3 flasher,progskeet will allow you to downgrade.
