4.21 rebug black screen (help)

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i just turned up my ps3 and the screen is all black.. i can barely see.. everything is plugged in...can any1 tell me how to fix this?plz... thx

i used the debug setting and changed the region to another region and the ps3 restarted and gave me a black screen..i can barelly see
