Yes ,all have this ,use MultiMAN FTP to assess it ,or rebug ToolBox works with PS FTP. Start up Rebug ToolBox & enter the PS3 IP in your FTP client you use. The Ip is obviously displayed on bottom right of screen with rebug.. You can also use MultiMAN file manager OS ..
