yes, you can downgrade your console!
but.... you easily fuck up your console (like i did on my first attempt)
the thermal paste could get fucked up, so allways have some extra close by
the NOR Clip sometimes wont even fit on your NOR Chip,
but if you have luck, and no problems it should be done withing 2 hours
