I have a saveset for Japanese RPG game Tokitowa that I want to upload to Xploder database. However, I have ran into a silly problem that I don't know how to overcome.

When I transfer TokiTowa saves from USB to my PC, the game name comes up as this:

????~????~

I can change the "save name" and "description", but not game name. Because of that, I cannot upload them to Xploder database due to following error message: "Game submit was terminated as the game title does not have any valid alphanumeric characters"

So, are there any solutions on how to bypass this crap?
