so we can SEE how many got banned under what circumstances and how many are good to go and having problems only with the game

I'm not banned. However, I've never ran home-brew with the internet enabled, I've used backups online by keeping them legit looking (no renaming the game), and I've hosted MW2 CL on the bypass. I setup my backups through Multiman with the internet disabled, then I run PSNinja V4.0 prior to enabling the internet and signing on. So far so good. For those not banned, as long as you keep a low profile, do not draw attention to yourself, and do what I'm doing you should be OK.
