I can't get psid and console Id changes to take and stay in effect any ideas why or how to fix??

they do stay in affect, just make sure rebug is enabled. Then go to PSID and change to IDP5 Cex and go back to XMB and it should work. The setting doesnt save in Rebug toolbox, so dont think its going to stay on the PSID you chose.
