I got some trophies offline, update my profile from the xmb and then that is when I deactivated all my accounts from ps3 so they do not get banned.

I know its not my ps3 because my gamesharing account is able to load everything and play online on BO2.

also on a side note
Does anyone know if BO2 is coming out on the psn store?

I have the same problem I don't even get to the main menu, every other game works fine. I deleted my game data and kept starting it up till it started re downloading the update. If it works I'll tell you
