1.)install the 1.11 update on your cfw
2.)Then go to to your black box or filemanager and navigate your way to dev_hdd0/game/your mw2 region/USRDIR/then delete the default_mp.ff/Then put any 1.11 Patch in there
3.)After thats done your gonna want to bypass on your cfw (note that you must bypass the same way that you would do on the updated ps3)
4.)then sign in and play your mw2!!!

P.S Just do what you do to set it up but play it on your cfw because since its update is at 1.11 it will let you play on your cfw
