once you install toggle qa run it and screen will go blank and beep for a few seconds. You will be back on xmb screen. Switch off ps3 and go into recovery mode and then install 4.30cfw package.

doesnt work mate it just stays on the black screen and like freezes and it wont let me change my firmware either takes ages saying checking then says 'No applicable data was found.
