iv never heard by ti84 and e3 flasher that confuses me .. e3 flasher is the downgrader isnt it whats the ti84 for?

e3 is just to flash u need some type of dongle to downgrade

id just get a e3 card reader idk about the ti84 but sorry i cant help you on that

You only need to worry about using device 6 and enable jig yes under that. Don't mess with any of the other options. Good luck.

The TI-84 comes into play in place of the E3 Card Reader.

Do you need any other file other than the one that you drag to the TI-89? Which F4 Options do you select "Yes" under?
