u dont really get console banned tends to be more account banned i think! but going online if u use any cfw is very risky! you risk being banned from psn sen do so at your own risk lol.

Going online with CFW is your own choice but i believe it is just random luck to not get banned. I know PSNINJA v4 can help hide your logs from sony, but again if you go online thats your own risk.
