I'm having an annoying issue,
An error has occurred with the application. To continue, please press the PS button to close the application. After you close the application, you can select the application icon to launch the application again.

I've updated everything, tried deleting store and re-downloading it, tried starting ps3 in safe mode and restoring, checked that my dates and times are correct and are set to internet date/time update, checked my video settings and reset them. None of the afformentioned worked.
I have tried to re-install firmware too.

EDIT: I am on rex 4.21, so idk if that's the reason. But I've seen many peoples having this issue on ofw too.

With just a black backround after loading the store. Trying to change video output settings as a playstation support guy told me too. I'll report back.
I don't know if this is an issue, but my ps3 uses an half hour maybe more to install just 26 megabytes.
