i got a ps3 on 3.25 OFW it has a nor chip on it

i want to downgrade it to 3.55 im going to buy a E3 flasher today

there is a E3 nor flasher (i want coz its cheaper)

then theres a E3 Flasher limited edition (i dont want coz its bit pricey for me LOL)

so the basic question can i make do with the the cheaper E3 nor flasher coz its the right price range for me

I think you mean upgrade it to 3.55, 3.25 is lower than 3.55. All you have to do is install 3.55 OFW, then go to Kmeaw. That is unless you want to go to 4.21 rebug, or 4.30 rogero. Quote me if you need help on doing that.
