That being said, please go to the GTA4 section and do some research(you know that thing you learn in school) on the version you have and how to run mods. Now running any CFW online can get you banned and the only thing you can do is deleting your history by using something like Wipe History v2, logging off when you run homebrew apps and not running mods online in the first place.

There is no sure way of knowing if you're gonna get banned or not.
