The only way to get unbanned is to use Chaos air bringer and PSID Patch to swap out your console id and mac address with a legit one.

Are any of your other PS3's jailbroken? if so then get stoker25's PSID patcher, install it and run it. while in PSID patcher find your consoles PSID and consoleID and write them down. now goto your banned PS3 and replace the banned PSID and consoleID with the legit ones. And for downloads just look around on the site and you will find stoker25's PSID patcher.
