well my friend has been hosting mw3 lobbys for the last 3-4 weeks on his CFW, and then a few days ago he was banned!

sony dnt detect who is using cfw, they detect it ony if u play/hack modern warfare 3 or black ops 2, i did 4.30 v2.3 rogero cfw and im not banned because i play mw2 or waw or cod4, in mw3 or bo2 u will get ps3 ban after 2days

and there is no way to unban???
