I have spoof my ps3 on 4.31 (I had 4.11 cfw rogero befor)
Every time when I try create a new account it dont work!
Its always say: 80710101

My ps3 was banned on 3.66 but i have downgrade it.
Maybe is that the problem? But the ban code is not 80710101!
Please help me!
