I have been playing NFS Most Wanted online since the bans started on Rogero 4.30 v2.03 and have yet to be banned..

play cool keep a low profile when on psn dont attract any attention you will be fine.
But be warned some new game updates contains spywares in them which reports your hdd structure to sony.
