Post: Jailbreak Dongle for PS3

Hello everyone. I am currently in the process of jailbreaking my PS3 with a E3 Nor Clip and Flasher and have made it to the downgrade process. Many web sources are outdated, but I'm having trouble in the "do I need a Jailbreak Dongle to finalize the downgrade?" department. If so, is there an alternative.

I'm really fast at learning new things, but this process is getting confusing. For one, when I back up my files, I get: bkpps30.bin, bkpps31.bin, and bkpps32.bin. Is this normal. Also, my 2nd and 5th light blink in the "restore" process. I'm not sure if I'm doing things correctly. I finally modded my motherboard do that my flasher could read the more chip thru the clip though, so that's a good start I guess...

How exactly is that process done? I downloaded the "FlowRebuilder v.4.2.2.0" and preformed the "Byte reverse and EXTRACT a NOR dump file" operation on all 3 files. Each of the 3 files after the operation was preformed gave me a "bkpps3x.swap" and a "bkpps3x.swap.ext" backup file. 
Do I use all 6, just 2, or only 1 of the extracted/ modded backup files? :|:|:|:|:|:|:|:|
I am so lost. And where do I go from here? Could you provide a "modern" step-by-step guide (including download links for necessary files). :confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:
Note: As of now, I have the E3 flasher connected to the motherboard on my CECH-2001B PS3 Slim with my 250 HDD hooked up to a Esata station.
___I DO NOT have an E3 Card Reader NOR a PS3 Jailbreak Dongle. I'm not sure if I need both or only one. If I need only one, which do you recommend? I live in the United States, so if you know where I I can get one locally or on a USA website, it would be amazing if you could provide me with any information as to where I could purchase either one or both of these products (if i need both items).___:|:|:|:|:|:|:|:|
I know I'm asking for a lot; but this is my first time modding technology. I think I have done well so far, it's just all of the tutorials online are outdated and don't seem to apply to "today's jailbreaking process".
