Will I get banned if I downgrade, play a bunch of backups, then update to ofw when I want to sync trophies or play online? As long as I don't go online with 3.55 I am ok right?

you are fine, even with hacks and homebrew on a ps3, but just dont use them while you are online, and never ever play backups online, sign out by every homebrew/backup thing you gonna launch

alright cool, im sort of a trophy whore, so i want to play backups and than sync trophies to my account haha

haha, yeah, but be aware that a e3 flasher have not a very long life time :/, mine died after 8 flashes

really? I've never heard of them just dieing, lol. Do you know any flasher that is better?
