its giving you the corrupt error? and asking for 9.99 or higher in recovery mode? QA Flag your PS3 then retry Worked for me twice this has happened. Hope it helps

Did you already install the 9.99 downgrader FW?

it says 4.21 or higher in recovery mode and how do i qa flag cause on rebug toolbox it says not available

I dont know how could i tell ,on system info it says 4.31 on rebug toolbox it says 4.21

I am having the same exact errors as him. Same everything as him too. I can't enable QA flag, and nothing will work. Help please?
