just bought an official sony ps3 controller from ebay, problem is the joysticks are pretty stiff and i never had this with the original controller i had gotten with the ps3. so how can i loosen em? pretty hard to play COD as i play on insanse sensitivity and the thumbsticks are too stiff!

Just play for couple of days and see if its any better if they still stiff, just return it for exchange

I would contact the seller about your problem, try to clean it as there might be a slight smudge dirt.
