Anyways, what's the best 4.21/4.30 CFW? In your personal opinion. Also it has to be one where you can just go into the recovery menu and install legit 3.55, and kmeaw 3.55 when i'm done.

Definitely check out rebug for either 4.21 or 4.30. I suggest 4.21 though because you can switch from CEX>EX and vice versa almost instantly. Unfortunately 4.30 rebug doesn't have that option yet.

Can you just go to recovery then install legit 3.55?
