Can you sign in online? Sounds like you just got an account ban and not a system ban.

i have this on one of my consoles too. i also thought it was an account ban but upon creating a new psn same message appeared.

I have the exact same problem.

I got this message more than one time account was banned. After 1 hour got freeze on loading screen. Nothing can do sry :/ Unban v 0.2 works only for unban console ID not for account. If account was banned you can only :cry:

I got that one, the unban 2.1 does not work, i think it is the psid that is banned, account is fine, i am able to log in on pc to psn, the old unban worked great, then one day got this message and now nothing works
