Ps3 browser will be bad and cannot be made much better, because of its lack of power. I think it freezes so much because it doesn't have much ram. Not too sure on that one.

No it isn't, the ps3 doesn't have enough RAM for multitasking like that. They have already acknowledged that the PS4 will allow this feature tho.
