I don't think they're stripped, just the indentation where you put the phillip's head in is SOOO small. Is there any better way of taking it out? Like taking a flalthead and grinding down a side of it so you can just use it?

You can try some needle nose pliers or something. Really depends on how deep in the screw is.

Do i use then on the nail itself?

Yeah, try and see if you can get a grip on either the sides of the top of it or inside the indentation.
