Ok well I have reached the max limit of how many accounts my ps3 can create (Not Hold) and I would like to make more accouts so if anyone could help, is there any way possible to set it to where I can make more accounts for example reset my whole ps3 system ?

Are you talking about PS3 Account are PSN Account?... cause if you want to make more PSN account just create them in a PC are iPad ect... and then Sign Up in the PS3 as a Created Account.

But if your talking about PS3 Account just delete 1 and create a nother one.
