4. Enter this code: "210.101.131.231"

Be careful because if too many people get on this proxy, they will ban it. So make sure to take it off when your done bypassing

or you can just use elite mossy's patch blocker and not have to worry about getting it banned

Or, you can just use your own laptop/PC to login to your router and block a0.ww.np.dl.playstation.net and then you have your own personal patch blocker. However, that will block all patches and needs to be removed everytime you have a requirement to download a patch.

A better way is to place a divert on your router for the game you want to block, for example, for MW2, your ps3 will look here You must login or register to view this content. to retrieve what the right version should be for your MW2, and as you can see, the latest version is 1.14, therefore, you will be prompted to download 1.14.

If you copy this file, change the following values;
    
popup="true" signoff="true">

To this;
    
popup="false" signoff="false">

and then divert your router from You must login or register to view this content. to your local copy and then you will no longer be prompted because the popup is disabled and signing you out is disabled too. With this method, you can have specific rules for specific games.
