True blue is old and is no longer supported. You can't go online with it so no. No you can't.
With a data transfer to a PS3 that has the newest OFW yes. You can't from that CFW itself.

Install1.14 patch
Place in modified patch
Delete the default_mp.self file
Data transfer.\
Done.
