i know im in wrong section face it no one helps in the question section t-.-t
i have also tried it 40 times and i have deleted my anti virus someone help or give me ideas
or is there anyway of getting my console id another way?

Same thing happens to me, When i test my connection it fails at Internet Connection, even tough my ps3 is right next to my router

use virtual router manager instead of a proxy server, just download it and install it then connect your ps3 to the virtual router as you would normally connect to a router and then sign in goto the store and then you would have captured your console id provided u had wireshark capturing before u signed in and went to the store....
