LMAO you need a jailbroken ps3 , you can jailbrake your ps3 if its on 3.55 firmware im guessing your is on 4.30/4.31 you can't downgrade from 4.30 to 3.55 unless you have a e3 flasher You must login or register to view this content. and No playstation Plus does not let you install PKG files.... i recommend that you browse on this site for couple hours before you ask questions
