Yeah just download the 4.30 cfw u want and put on the USB like you did 3.55 and use safe mode to update. u will need new signed 4.21+ homebrew found here. You must login or register to view this content.

Haven't used Rogero since 4.30.2 but il try explain my best to you.

- Condor Updater 3.1 / Unsure what this is
- DeanK installPKG / This install's the 'Install package files' folder
- Rebug ToggleQA / ToggleQa/ Run this when you are about to downgrade back to 3.55 or upgrade from 4.30+
- Rogero 3.55 v3.7 PUP / This is for dehashing after you downgrade
- Rogero 4.25-to-3.55 Downgrader PUP / This is for downgrading back to 3.55 Firmware
- Rogero 4.30 v2.05 PUP / This is the Update you will use on USB to update to 4.30.5 CFW

Rogero is spoofed to 4.31 with direct PSN access yeh
