NOR Flasher E3! the problem is while he is on the first step which is the Micro Sd and put the Update.Bin file in it... the Blue Led light doesn't turn on! all the others do but not the blue light! should he just continue since the step doesn't show anything instead its just turning on and off his ps3? is the E3 Flasher Broken? the TF Board are fully against the actual flasher board! maybe the Update.Bin file is corrupted or not right? please help! thanks!
