I attempted to help his friends out, But the problem was that his friends were using windows XP, & from what i searched you can't find the IPv4 Address. I mean unless any one else does?

This basically works for Windows XP as well.
Me and my friend has problems with the charles program changing consoles ID and wonder if you know how to do that part?

Get your friend to use elite mossy patch blocker, that has shows your Ipv4 address (Thats the way i did it) Put that into the Ps3.Proxy.gui. Put the port number as 8888 in the PS3.Proxy then start it. In your network proxy settings put the adress in then put port as 8888 again, open wireshark & capture, then load up the PSN store. After about 20/30 seconds. Press control E Then Control F. Then in that popup put; Find: as string then paste 0000000100 in the search box, then set Search In: as Packet Bytes then search. It will find 0000000100. Then scroll up a tad on the Hex / notepad style text at the bottom and note down everything from the start of 0000000100 until you get to a " (quote mark) I had the same trouble, this is exactly how i've done it. But i've been scammed SOOOOO many times for back ups its suicidal

If that works ill do the backups
