My question is when i upgrade the hard drive will i loose my custom firmware ? will it go back on to the original firmware ? or the latest firmware im really worried i would liek some personal voice chat assistance and adviise if anyone would be kind enough to help out my sky id: thebigboss4000

The firmware isn't located on the hard drive... so no you won't "lose" cfw. The firmware is part of the flash, which isn't located on the hard drive either.
