Yes it is. If u use a PS System ID Spoofer like (Unban App) you can get the account on the ps3

yes, create an account (exemple : User 1)

now navigate to this folder:
hdd0/home/ACCOUNT NUMBER/

now make a folder called "friendim" and create a new file called mecomment.dat in this folder.
edit mecomment.dat with your modded comment !

Those apps, do work? I was kind of skeptical, I think because I never used it, he spoofed to 4.31 with sen enabler but he did something on mw3 and got banned in 1 day x)
