I was trying to make Dex to Cex and i bricked it
I heard you need a E3 card reader to fix it?...
and if so would this work?

Hey 
(assuming you got a PS3 Slim)
Well of course you need a microSD with something that can let you read its content on a PC. You will also need the E3 Flasher (No need to get Limited Edition (but you can, this is the one I have), difference is that you also have an E3 Sata Station).
That's not all, you must have a WORKING backup of your Nor ! If your PS3 is bricked already, it is too late to get a working backup, otherwise if you took a backup before it brick, you're alright.
In the case you don't have a working backup, you might have chance to fix it. I would still get the E3 Flasher and make a backup even if it is bricked and use a Nor patcher(Windows software) to patch it. We never know, it did save few people depending on where the brick is
If your console auto-shutdown when you turn it on, you must get the E3 Flasher, and solder 1 wire from the Nor tristate point of the motherboard to the E3 Flasher. If you're scared of soldering it, you can tape it but make sure it is really touching the point on the motherboard.
PS: E3 Flasher comes with a clip which let you install it solderless on Nor console!

Then you're ready to use a E3 Flasher, connect it to Nor tristate (only if the console doesn't stay on), connect the clip, flash your backup into the nor
