1)Stuck Disc
2)Power Button doesn't work
Can you help me fix it?

Try some of these options: You must login or register to view this content.
If that doesn't fix things, you have a hardware problem; either buy a new PS3, replace the broken parts yourself or look for a professional PS3 repairer.

Stuck disc as in the power won't turn on and the disc won't come out or the motor is broken on the disc drive ?

Sounds like the PS3 has YLOD or the power supply is dead.
First thing to check the fuse in the plug , after that see if the PS3 flashes a yellow light or flashes when you push the power button.

PS3 starts sometimes when I hit it, It doesn't flash, The disc wont come out and the PS3 wont start (sometimes) so I hit it.
